Gerald "Jerry" Tessier

As President and Principal of Arteco Partners, Mr. Tessier is responsible for all development functions including acquisitions, entitlements, financing, construction, marketing, and management. Jerry received his bachelor’s degree with cum laude honors from Claremont McKenna College in Claremont, CA and received his Masters in Business Administration from the Texas Graduate School of Management in 1999 while serving as a Rotary Foundation Ambassadorial Scholar. He is an active member of his professional and civic community and currently serves on the Executive Board and was the Founding President of the Downtown Pomona Owners Association, which manages a 42-block Business Improvement District. He has served as a member of the Pomona Rotary Club, a Board member of the Boys and Girls Club of Pomona Valley. Mr. Tessier was born and raised in Claremont, Ca and currently resides in Pomona with his wife, Nancy, his son, Julien, and daughter Catalina.
